LEGISLATIVE DECREE N.196/2003
Article 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exist, even if not yet recorded, and to receive communication of such data in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain information about:
of the origin of personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
(d) the identification details of the data controller, the data processors and the designated representative in accordance with Article 5(2);
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the territory of the State, data controllers or processors.

Article 15 – the data subject's right of access

b) the categories of personal data concerned;
